1. Train the robot (10 minutes)

2. Put it on a schedule

Tell the robot how often to check — hourly for fast-moving pages, daily for most things. Each run lands in a spreadsheet-style table you can export or pipe elsewhere.

3. Turn on change detection

This is the Oracle moment: enable monitoring, and the robot diffs each run against the last one. Nothing changed → silence. Something changed → an email with exactly what's different.

4. Route the alerts somewhere useful

Email works day one. When you outgrow it, the integrations push rows into Google Sheets or fire webhooks — which means your monitor can trigger things: a Slack ping, a task in your tracker, even another AI agent.

Sites with aggressive bot protection or logins can need the robot re-trained now and then, and heavy schedules burn through plan credits — start daily, not every-five-minutes. For most monitoring jobs, though, the point-and-click robot simply works, and maintaining it is nothing compared to babysitting your own scraper code.
